Sinopsis Singkat :
Putra Mahkota Lee Sun (diperankan oleh
Yoo Seung Ho) adalah sosok yang kesepian, yang berusaha melawan Pyunsoo
Hwe. Pyunsoo Hwe merupakan organisasi rahasia yang menghimpun kekayaan
dan kekuasaan dengan cara mengendalikan pasokan air di seluruh Joseon.
Alhasil, Lee Sun pun menjadi satu-satunya harapan masyarakat yang
merasakan penderitaan tersebut.
Di sisi lain, Ga Eun (diperankan oleh Kim So Hyun), wanita cerdas
yang harus rela mendapati ayahnya dieksekusi atas perintah Lee Sun. Hal
itu pun membuat Ga Eun berniat membalaskan dendam. Alih-alih dendam
terbalaskan, Ga Eun justru jatuh cinta pada Lee Sun dan sebaliknya, Lee
Sun pun menyukai Ga Eun. Keduanya pun saling membantu mengatasi masalah
pasokan air tersebut.
